NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGY

Introducing the Q32, the next generation of Quantek analyzers. This analyzer utilizes the latest in microprocessor-based sampling, and comes equipped with an advanced TFT display, smart charging, onboard data collection, advanced pump functions, and EasyCal calibration controls.

LONG LIFE, STABLE SENSORS

The Model Q32 incorporates the latest fast response O2 and CO2 sensors, which allows results to be obtained in 15-25 seconds for rapid spot checks. The oxygen sensor is rated for 5 years of life, which is far better than the competition. Other analyzers utilize cheap oxygen sensors which may last 18-24 months.

EASY SAMPLING METHOD

The sample probe connects to a barbed inlet fitting that is attached to the analyzer. Extra probe tubing is included with each analyzer for easy exchange in case of contamination or damage. The probe is tipped with a liquid blocking filter and tri-beveled, non-coring needle. The filter will block liquid and particle intake into the analyzer, and the needle is specially designed to prevent plugging.

USER FRIENDLY, ACCESSIBLE CONTROLS

Navigate the user-friendly interface, and you can adjust the oxygen calibration, pump time, CO2 calibration, and other parameters on the fly. There’s no need to reboot and no need to warmup – it’s as easy as it gets.

ABOUT THE SENSORS

The infrared CO2 sensor utilizes NDIR technology for maximum stability and has a theoretically unlimited lifespan. Its ultra-low power consumption allows for 10-14 hours of runtime for the analyzer before recharging is required.
It has no moving parts, no consumables, and is housed in a compact optical cell. The sensor responds to CO2 only.
The electrochemical O2 sensor life is typically 4-5 years, unlike other analyzers with an electrochemical sensor that last 1-2 years. When required, replacement is easy and inexpensive.
Both sensors are unaffected by high levels of background gases such as nitrogen.

WARRANTY STATEMENT

The Model Q22 is backed up with a two-year warranty, twice the industry standard.
Our service team responds quickly to the repair needs of our customers, and repairs and calibrations are conducted in our advanced facility in Massachusetts.

The Quantek Model 905 is a benchtop, portable oxygen analyzer used primarily for the measurement of residual oxygen in gas-flushed food packages.

The Model 905 is used for the measurement of residual oxygen in food packages. With an expected oxygen sensor life of 4-5 years, it vastly outperforms other oxygen analyzers with a cheap sensor that might last 1-2 years.

Use it in the lab, or on the packaging line. While the performance and functionality is the same as our Model 901, the Model 905 is the better choice for conducting testing when the operator is stationary. This is primarily due to its tip up feet, and form factor. Also, its high end rugged metal enclosure ensures its overall durability.

HOW TO SAMPLE YOUR PACKAGES

The sample probe is tipped with a particulate filter and syringe needle. Affix the foam septa to your package, insert the needle through the septa, and press the pump button. Sample from your package is drawn through the probe and into the internal oxygen sensor.

The pump will draw about 5 cc/second from your package. The pump will run from 2 to 12 seconds and this time is easily adjustable using the controls. This adjustment is especially important for packages of varying size, or for rigid packages. The oxygen measurement displays on the LCD within 15-20 seconds.

LOWEST TOTAL COST OF OWNERSHIP

The Model 905 oxygen analyzer is the market leader for durability, simplicity, and reliability. The initial lower cost, and longer-life sensor, makes it best in class for laboratory package oxygen analyzers.

ABOUT THE INTERNAL OXYGEN SENSOR

The sensor is unaffected by high levels of background gases such as nitrogen or carbon dioxide, and unaffected by trace hydrocarbons. You can use the Model 905 for applications where oxygen level is very high (50 to 100%) without overloading the sensor. The expected oxygen sensor life is typically 4-5 years, unlike other analyzers with a sensor that last 1-2 years.

The Quantek Model 901 is a battery-operated, portable headspace oxygen analyzer.

Other headspace analyzers require a new sensor every 1-2 years. The Model 901 is equipped with a long life sensor, expected to last 5+ years. The Model 901 is trusted by small and large food packagers, producers, and quality control personnel throughout the world.

Use it in the lab, or on the packaging line. Non-technical personnel will find it very easy to use – and at less than 3 pounds, it can be easily transported to other locations.
