Q40 Rackmount-2U O2 Analyzer

The Quantek Model Q40 is our next generation rackmount O2 analyzer. Use it for process systems, inline testing, along with many other types of applications.

This microprocessor-controlled instrument features onboard data collection, a TFT full color screen, built in analog output (0-5V), and EasyCal calibration using the touchpad.  Additionally, it can be outfitted with options such as a sample pump, or a 12-hour runtime internal battery.

Readings can be exported to USB thumb drive as CSV file for further processing. The Q40 comes with a power supply, thumb drive, and consumable accessories.

NEXT GENERATION TECHNOLOGY

Introducing the Q40, the next generation of Quantek analyzers. This analyzer utilizes the latest in microprocessor-based sampling, and comes equipped with an advanced TFT display, smart charging, onboard data collection, advanced pump functions, and EasyCal calibration controls.

LONG LIFE, STABLE SENSORS

The Model Q40 incorporates the latest fast response O2 sensor, which allows results to be obtained in 15-25 seconds for rapid spot checks. The oxygen sensor is rated for 5 years of life, which is far better than the competition. Other analyzers utilize cheap oxygen sensors which may last 18-24 months.

EASY SAMPLING METHOD

The Q40 series sample inlet and outlet are located on the rear panel for ease of access.  By default, both fittings are 1/8” stainless steel Swagelok.  Other inlet/outlet configurations are available upon request.  Some examples include standard luer fittings, ¼” Swagelok fittings, or a sample probe.  We can recommend or customize fittings to give the most seamless sampling experience for whatever system you may have.

USER FRIENDLY, ACCESSIBLE CONTROLS

Navigate the user-friendly interface, and you can adjust the oxygen calibration, pump time, and other parameters on the fly.  There’s no need to reboot and no need to warmup – it’s as easy as it gets.

ABOUT THE SENSOR

The electrochemical O2 sensor life is typically 4-5 years, unlike other analyzers with an electrochemical sensor that last 1-2 years. When required, replacement is easy and inexpensive.  The sensor is unaffected by high levels of background gases such as nitrogen or CO2.
